The CRC has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for audit services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a contract for the professional services of a Certified Public Accountant for financial and compliance audits. The contract will be for three consecutive fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, and ending with the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, subject to annual review and the annual availability of an appropriation for audit services by the government entity.
The Coastal Regional Commission's monthly newsletter reports the current news and events from the CRC.
The CRC produces an annual report at the end of each fiscal year to report its activities to its council, counties and municipalities, and other stakeholders.
The highly requested City / County Directory is a vital source of information containing listings for coastal Georgia's city council members, county commissioners, legislators, Georgia Regional Commissions, and the CRC Council.
The Coastal Regional Commission announces the debut of Business Images Coastal Georgia, a magazine published by Journal Communications with the support of local advertisers. Part of a complete publishing program, Business Images Coastal Georgia also includes a Web site (imagescoastalgeorgia.com) as well as a targeted distribution network and a customer retention and acquisition program.
Highlighting Coastal Georgia region’s quality of place, vitality and individuality, Business Images Coastal Georgia will be distributed by the CRC to prospective new businesses, employees and residents.

The RDC contracted with the Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development at Georgia Tech in 2006 to conduct a population study for each of the 10 counties and 35 cities in the coastal Georgia region. Dr. Catherine Ross, chair for the Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development, and her staff reviewed multiple sources of data from cities and counties including some constant changing factors such as occupancy within military bases, colleges, training facilities, and second homes.
